This program will help you build lean muscle mass, lose weight and build up your cardio endurance over a virtual 6-Week boot camp experience. It is a full body sculpting plan.

    The 6 week "Taming the Flesh" Program is built to be scalable and can be done anywhere. We will also have weekly group coaching calls to answer any questions and build community.

    Daily step-by-step 30 to 40 minutes guided exercise program. We are losing weight and building lean muscle, without giving up our favorite foods and in brief time boxed sessions!

    Private Flesh Tamers accountability group to build friendships, accountability, and support

  • Whole Self Focus

    Each week starts with a Biblical devotional video and an Ab Day Christ focused story for the Core of our faith
